Free Online SERENITY MEDITATION - A Community Service

As part of my community service during this challenging period of Covid-19, I am offering a free half hour online meditation to support anyone in need of calm and balance. Since not everyone can avail of counselling or other forms of support, one way is to connect in a calm, serene meditative space. We had our first meditation on Thursday 9 April with 26 participants. This is the second also on Thursday on 16 April at 6pm via zoom. Do invite your friends and whoever you feel will benefit. All you need to do is to click on the link below and enter the password when you are prompted to. This session is done in collaboration with another Chakra Yoga student, Pee Ling!
