Kok Su Lynn

A physiotherapist since 2009 with 17 years of clinical experience, she brings a strong foundation in physical rehabilitation, movement awareness, and functional health. In 2019, her journey expanded into yoga teaching, where she has since accumulated over 1,000 hours of teaching experience.
She is the founder of JoyLity Physiotherapy Service and co-founder of Core Essence Studio (M) Sdn Bhd, where she integrates therapeutic knowledge with mindful movement practices. She is also part of the Heart Space Collective.
Her initial exploration of yoga began through asana, seeking ways to complement physiotherapy with a more holistic physical approach. Over time, she discovered that yoga extends far beyond the body — its teachings transformed her mental and emotional landscape. This realization deepened her commitment to blending physiotherapy and yoga into a cohesive approach that supports both physical recovery and inner wellbeing.
Today, her work reflects this integration. Whether working with physiotherapy clients or guiding yoga practitioners, she emphasizes safe movement, body awareness, and mind-body connection. She continues to open herself to deeper yogic philosophical teachings, with the intention of embodying these principles and sharing them authentically through her practice.

Selamat Growers

Jern & Kai are farmers who love to cook.
From their homestead in mainland Penang, they grow food, raise chickens and ducks, host farm tours, and welcome guests to their table through farm-to-table meals. They run a sustainable, permaculture-focused farm in Tasek Gelugor, Penang, known as Jern & Kai Homestead (SelamatGrower). They specialize in natural farming, regenerative agriculture, and food forest techniques, offering farm stays, tours, and workshops while living a self-sufficient lifestyle.
For this retreat, they bring the same heartfelt, home-style cooking — simple, nourishing food made with fresh ingredients and the warmth of being fed by farmers who truly care.
