A Community Service Meditation led by Sarah-Joy Amin of Chakra Yoga & Energy Healing in collaboration with Tristen Churn, Sherrie Low and Krisztina Mezosi.

Thursday, 4 June – 9.00-9.40pm – Venue: The ZOOM Heart-Space!

 

We are a collective of Light workers based in Malaysia wanting to offer our community service during this changing/ challenging period of Covid-19, by collaborating to hold a free half hour online meditation weekly to support anyone in need of calm, balance, peace and perspective. Since not everyone can avail of healing sessions, counselling or other forms of support, one way is to connect in a calm, serene meditative space. This will be our 9th week offering the free meditation as a service to all in Malaysia and friends from anywhere around the world who can benefit.

Each week’s meditation is being led by a different Light worker facilitator so we bring you different styles of meditation as well as variety for you to experience divine energies in new ways!

This week I will be leading the meditation to connect with your Higher Self . As we are approaching a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse by Friday 5 June, consider what you need to totally let go in your life. The Full Moon will shine light on the behaviours, belief systems, relationships and various aspects that are burdensome and need to be fully released so that you make clear conscious space in your life for creating new conditions and opportunities. The Eclipse says, if you don’t do the inner work to release and put down what no longer serves you, the Universe may force more challenges upon you. How can you move through this period of the planetary retrogrades and three Eclipses with the support and vision of your Higher Self?

TRANSFORMATIVE JOURNEY is a four session Coaching Programme, each approximately two-hours, using a variety of EMPOWERMENT coaching techniques, positive affirmations, channeled guidance, yoga and breath work, including several energy healing sessions to support emotional release, heart centering, chakra balancing and a personal visioning programme to start you off in your new life. The sessions can be spaced out over 3-4 months or whatever timeframe that suits you but no more than 6 months. I will meet with you every few weeks or at least once a month for our sessions. In between sessions you will have homework to practice self-healing and self-empowerment techniques which we will review in each following session.
